(ANSA) - MILAN, JUN 26 - An 11-month-old girl of Italian origin was poisoned and died last Wednesday in a nursery school in Lyon.

Her teacher, who was arrested, allegedly killed her.

The little girl's father is called Fabio Bertuletti, a 37-year-old engineer from Torre Boldone (Bergamo), who has lived in Lyon for years with his French wife.

The child-care assistant of the kindergarten "exasperated by the cry of the child - explain the French investigators - first she spread it about her and then made her ingest a caustic product".

The little girl would have been one year old next Thursday.

According to what was reconstructed by the French investigators, lamaestra, 27, was alone in the private kindergarten People & Baby in Lyon and tired of the little girl's crying, she would have sprinkled her with a liquid to gush out the sinks and then she would have made her swallow it.

Rushed to hospital, there was nothing to be done to save her.

After initially advocating the accidental acid intake, the woman confessed and was arrested for murder.

His father Fabio Bertuletti, project manager in the management and planning of high and very high voltage airline projects, after graduating in Engineering in Bergamo worked for Italian firms and then moved to France with his wife Sophie.
