Tahini chocolate popsicle

Ingredients

  • For 3-4 popsicles:

    • 250 ml for coconut cream or sweet cream

    • 150 grams of dark chocolate

    • 1 tablespoon

    • 2 tablespoons raw tahini

    • Pinch of salt

  • For coating:

    • 100 grams of dark chocolate

    • 1 teaspoon of oil

Preparation

How to make a chocolate-tahini popsicle?

  • 1 Melt chocolate and coconut cream or cream in a bowl in the microwave in pulses of 30 seconds or above Bain Marie.

    Stir until a uniform cream is obtained.

  • 2 Using a whisk, mix the tahini and sesame seeds into the chocolate cream.

  • 3 Pour the mixture into silicone popsicle molds - the amount is enough for 3-4 popsicles.

  • 4 Freezers for at least five hours, or overnight in the freezer.

  • 5 Melt the chocolate and oil in the microwave in pulses of 30 seconds and mix well.

  • 6 Sprinkle chocolate on the popsicle and store in the freezer.
