The final figure of the turnout at 12 o'clock for the vote of the 59 municipalities in the ballot followed by the Viminale site (those of the regions with special statute are missing), is 15.43%, down compared to the first round (17.50% ).

Electoral polling stations have been opened for ballots in 65 municipalities for a total number of voters exceeding 2 million. There are 13 provincial capitals, of which only Catanzaro is the regional capital.
The others are: Alessandria, Cuneo, Como, Monza, Verona, Gorizia, Parma, Piacenza, Lucca, Frosinone, Viterbo and Barletta.
The polls will remain open until 11pm: the counting of votes will begin immediately afterwards.
