During the event, Herzog said: "For years, Michal and I have been ardent fans of Gesher Theater - a cultural institution that is a model and example of mobilizing for unparalleled and high-quality total art. Today it is clear to all of us that Gesher Theater is an actor in its own right. The aliyah from the Commonwealth of Independent States in the Israeli public space Art expands the soul, it reminds us that we are human beings, and the very existence of living, rich, smart, beautiful, and groundbreaking Israeli art is necessary for us as a society and cultural people, like breathable air. "Yevgeny, and in honor of the beloved and wonderful bridge, we will continue as an audience to be loyal consumers of culture, to draw spirit and inspiration from it, to encourage the spirit of creation. Thank you all, to the life of art, and to the life of the next 30 years."

Theater Director Lena Craindlin: "I thank President Herzog and his wife Michal, old friends of Gesher Theater and true theater lovers, who hosted us at an exciting event that gave expression to the imprint that Yevgeny Arieh left in Israeli culture with his many works.

The Gesher family is embarking on a new path, but as a family, it will continue to preserve the spirit and tradition that Yevgeny Arieh instilled in us, to put art at the top of the list of priorities and to be a bridge between the various audiences in the mosaic of Israeli culture. "
