Five facts about water (Walla system!)
We all know this feeling - we get up very early in the morning and drag ourselves out of bed because we do not have enough energy to start the day.
Eislin Cambridge, a nutritionist and therapist, claims that there is one drink that "works like a charm" and can make us feel our best on the morning.
And you will not believe how accessible, cheap and easy to make this drink is.
It's no secret that drinking a lot of water is very beneficial to our body, but Cambridge claims that the real secret is to squeeze half a lemon and add it to a glass of hot water.
"There is one thing we all need to do as soon as we get out of bed and that is to drink water. It stimulates the body and lowers blood pressure," the nutritionist explained, adding: "If you want more energy for the body, you should drink hot water with squeezed lemon - it's just magic ".

But this is not the only tip from Eislin, who claims that our last meal should be at least three hours before bed.
This way the body better digests the food before resting the night.
She explained: "If you eat dinner and try to sleep an hour or two after that it will hurt your body, it will have difficulty processing the food and recovering. Your digestive system and sleep will be affected, and it may also affect your mood. I recommend eating a last meal three or four Hours before bed. "

Another important tip from Eislin is to avoid artificial sweeteners when you have a craving for sugar.
"There are those who feel that it is a good option to eat 'sugar-free' sweets when they want to eat healthy, but it is worse than regular sugar foods. 'Diet' drinks also contain artificial ingredients that our body does not know how to process and are more harmful and destructive than regular sugar."
