Stoltenberg, NATO rapid response forces over 300,000

(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, JUN 27 - At the Madrid summit, NATO will approve the most important strengthening of its capabilities since the end of the Cold War and will bring high-readiness forces beyond the threshold of 300,000 units.

This was stated by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in the press conference presenting the Madrid summit.
