Tips for freezing homemade jam
Let the homemade jam cool down completely first.
To be on the safe side, only fill your jars 7/8 full in case the jam expands as it freezes.
Store the jam jars upright in the freezer.
Alternatively, you can put the jam in freezer-safe plastic containers and store it in the freezer.
Take the homemade jam out of the freezer the night before breakfast and let it thaw in the fridge.
