Ingredients

  • For flakes:

    • 2 tablespoons oil

    • 1 pack of baked flakes (500 g)

    • 4 boiling cups

    • 1 teaspoon salt

  • For vegetables:

    • 2 tablespoons oil

    • 1 purple onion cut into thin ring halves

    • 1 carrot cut into thin sticks

    • 1 red pepper (gamba), cut into thin strips

    • Red hot pepper cut into rings (optional)

  • For the sauce:

    • ½ Hot buckwheat

    • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter

    • 3-4 as a soy sauce solution

    • 1-2 tablespoons maple or sesame

    • 3 cloves crushed garlic

    • 1 tablespoon cornflour + 2 tablespoons water

  • To serve:

    • 4 chopped green onion stalks

Preparation

How to make popcorn flakes?

    Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the flakes while stirring for about a minute.

    Add the boiling water and salt and cook for 10 minutes on a medium-low flame.

    Turn off the heat and leave the pot covered for another 5 minutes.

    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan over a high flame and saute the onion, carrot and two types of pepper while stirring until the vegetables begin to soften for 2-3 minutes.
