(ANSA) - ROME, June 28 - The conservative restoration, consolidation and enhancement of the Muraaurelian and Servian walls, the Ara Coeli insula and the Claudio aqueduct, among others;
the redevelopment of the public spaces of the ex-slaughterhouse in Testaccio;

the protection and restoration of the archaeological areas of Gabii and Crustumerium;
the digital technology enhancement of large archaeological sites.
These are only some of the 335 interventions on 283 archaeological / cultural sites in Rome and Lazio, for the Caput Mundi project, for which a total of 500 million (equal to 22% of the total Pnrr tourism funds) are funded.
A plan of concrete actions that aims to "enhance, preserve, and promote for citizens and tourists arriving from all over the world both the best known areas and the sites yet to be discovered but equally beautiful in the territory,
