Good news from the Beit Lessin Theater: After the shutdown of the technical workers and the labor dispute declared by the Shaham (Israel Actors' Organization), it seems that starting on Thursday, the theater's performances and its branches in Israel will return to full function.
The Chief Labor Officer, Adv. Rivka Werbner, mediated for many days between the theater management and the staff and succeeded in leading to an agreement between the parties on the signing of a draft of principles.
In its decision, it stated that the parties would return to work while continuing intensive negotiations, and that the workers would return to Beit Lessin tomorrow.
Adv. Rivka Werbner: "I am happy about the return of the plays and cultural performances.
We were able to reach important principles together, including updating the salary, the rate of the pension provision grant in the Knesset due to the corona, rewarding musicals and more.
