Over 772 million euros of credits believed to be the result of a massive fraud made with building bonuses and rents, provided for in the so-called Relaunch decree, were seized in advance by the Guardia di Finanza of Frattamaggiore (Naples) after investigations coordinated by the Naples Public Prosecutor North.
There are 143 natural and legal persons involved in the alleged scam, identified between the provinces of Naples and Caserta.
Among the holders of the credits resulting from restructuring never carried out there is also a prisoner, illegal parking attendants, people without VAT, entrepreneurs 'for a day' and subjects deemed according to clan-related investigations.
