Arm wrestling on the superbonus, halt to new extensions

2022-06-29T07:51:59.122Z

The government would have stopped any hypothesis of extending the Superbonus measures: there would be no willingness to deploy additional resources. (HANDLE)

Halt to any new extension to the Superbonus, the available funds are finished.

A new tug-of-war is taking place between the government and the majority: it is not only the M5s that are asking to expand the mesh but all the parties are insisting on a revision of the mechanism that aims to make homes more efficient and safer.

Also on the table is the expansion of sales on which the executive has shown itself more open by announcing that it is ready to bring yet another change to Parliament.

The hypothesis is that of allowing the transfer of credit to other subjects besides banks, with the sole exclusion of natural persons.

A meeting, called in the Chamber while the vote of confidence on the Pnrr decree is in progress, is not enough to sign an agreement.

There the niet of

executive to field other resources: the representatives of the parliamentary groups ask for more time for the houses but also for the public housing and for the changing rooms of the sports facilities.

The Ministry of Economy, however - they say - is tranchant and reports that it is not available for any further adjustments on this front.

Even on the sales - considered by many to be the nerve center - in reality the position appears not very malleable but finally some opening opens up, it is referred to at the end of the meeting.

The climate, however, is not one of total confidence and the amendment is expected before unbalancing.

Those who work in the sector are looking at the sales with growing concern.

The National Confederation of Crafts and Small and Medium Enterprises requests and obtains a meeting with the Minister of

Economy Daniele Franco: "tens of thousands of companies in the construction sector that are unable to sell tax credits related to bonuses for the redevelopment of buildings due to the freezing of the market", is the alarm that is raised once again and that it has been "listened to carefully" by the government.

And the Pd and the M5s want a comparison with the categories: the president of the Productive Activities commission Martina Nardi asked for the opening of an ad hoc table while the vice president of the 5 Star Movement in the Chamber, Luca Sut, announces that he is ready to evaluate together with "construction companies and the banking sector" the text of the amendment, as soon as it arrives in Parliament.

However, time is running out:
