The Thomas-Henry Museum in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin (Manche), Normandy's third-largest Museum of Fine Arts with its collection of 300 works, mainly paintings ranging from the 15th to the 19th century, has nothing to be ashamed of in front of its Parisian peers. .
