Kiev, attacked a mansion in Mykolaiv

Three killed and five wounded in an attack, presumably with a Russian missile, against a building in the Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv.

This was reported by the mayor of the city, Oleksandr Sienkevych, and the governor of the oblast, Vitaliy Kim, quoted by the Kyiv Independent.

Rescue operations are underway, Kim reports.

Two people died and three were injured as a result of Russian bombing in the Sumy region of northeastern Ukraine.

This was stated by Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, head of the Sumy region, as reported by Ukrainska Pravda.

"The total number of Russian missiles that hit our cities is already 2,811. How many more aerial bombs, how many artillery shells ?! Today, the United Nations Security Council stood up and honored the memory of all Ukrainians killed.
