Ingredients

    • 1 cup black lentils (blog)

    • 1 fish for emitted lightning, without the skin

    • 1 bundle of dill

    • 1 bunch of parsley

    • 1 consumption of coriander

    • 3 green onion stalks

  • To season the salad:

    • טרי Fresh lemon buckwheat

    • ½ Olive oil

    • Salt

    • black pepper

Preparation

How to make a ceviche salad?

  • 1 Place the lentils in a small pot, cover with water and place over a high flame.

    Bring to a boil, cover and cook on a low flame for 15-20 minutes until the lentils soften but still retain a chewy texture and do not fall apart.

  • 2 While the lentils are cooking, chop all the greens (dill, coriander, parsley and scallions).

    The fish fillet is cut into small cubes.

  • 3 Filter the lentils and rinse with cold water.

  • 4 Place the lentils with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

    Season, mix, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
