The Bianchi brothers gave "vent to their violent impulse, approaching the crowd with the sole intent of harming and not withdrawing from their criminal intention despite the attempts" by some present "to explain how there was absolutely no need to use violence".
This is what the prosecutors of the Velletri Public Prosecutor's Office write in the replies, filed with the parties in recent days, as part of the trial for the murder of Willy Monteiro Duarte, killed in Colleferro, whose sentence is expected for July 4 in front of the judges of the Court of Assizes of Frosinone.

For Gabriele and Marco Bianchi the prosecutors asked for a life sentence, while for the other defendants Francesco Belleggia and Mario Pincarelli asked for a sentence of 24 years.
In the replies, the representatives of the prosecution reiterate that "the motive of the conduct is to be considered so banal, as to make the aggressive action completely disproportionate with lethal outcomes and within these limits of content, it can certainly be observed as a 'non-motive' ".
