Athesis publishing group

faces the Italian paradox: on the one hand hundreds of thousands of companies that are unable to hire, on the other millions of young people without work and prospects;

a misalignment - or mismatch - between supply and demand that the pandemic has dramatically widened, questioning the ability of companies to produce, transforming the expectations of an entire new generation, highlighting the inadequacy of an education system that has remained stuck in the last century.

Is there a solution?

Certainly yes, but we need to work on it.

And it is with this objective that

Athesis

, the local media company, launches this new project which seeks first of all to understand and clarify the terms of the problem, with a keen eye on the Lombard-Venetian ecosystem and the four cities -

Verona,

Vicenza, Brescia. and Mantua

- reached through their own historic newspapers and broadcasters.

New Job will continue in the coming months with a series of editorial initiatives on all channels of the Athesis platform, which among newspapers, websites, social networks, podcasts, radio and TV reaches over 7 million people and tens of thousands of companies.
