In private work, the use of masks
should remain
.
This is indicated by a draft update of the measures to combat the virus in the work of private individuals that the Government will share today with the social partners.
In the text anticipated by La Stampa and that ANSA was able to view,
the use of FFP2 masks
is envisaged .
The draft also indicates
the temperature control at the
entrance which must not exceed 37 and a half degrees.
An incentive is also provided
for smart working
, considered "a useful tool to counter the spread of contagion,
especially with reference to fragile workers
, who are more exposed".

The Ffp2 filter masks, the draft reads, "remain an important safeguard for the protection of the health of workers for the purpose of preventing contagion, especially in work contexts in closed environments shared by several workers or open to the public or where it is not in any case interpersonal distancing of one meter is possible due to the specific nature of the work activities. To this end,
the employer ensures the availability of Ffp2
in order to allow workers to use it in contexts at greatest risk ".
It will still be up to the employer - on the basis of specific duties and work contexts - to identify "particular groups of workers to whom to provide adequate personal protective equipment (Ffp2), having particular regard to frail subjects on the basis of assessments by the competent doctor".
In addition to the obligation to check the temperature at the entrance, which must not exceed 37 and a half degrees, the worker with a fever must immediately notify the employer and these rules will also apply to external workers such as those who contract (suppliers, cleaners or supervisors).
The periodic sanitation of the premises and workstations
is also foreseen
and the worker will be "obliged to take all
hygienic precautions, especially for the hands"
.
Finally, the draft indicates the need for
staggered entry and exit
if possible and
continuous ventilation of the premises
.
