Singer and creator Harel Haddad releases "Legitimate Three Hours", a semi-parody and semi-psychedelic song that combines some tips for a calmer and more relaxed life, which are supposedly accessible by a coacher, as can be seen in the entertaining clip that accompanies it.
Three legitimate hours - Harel Hadad
Harel suffers from sleep problems and therefore recognizes its immense value and its impact on life.
The song is the second single from the new album, "The Man Who Used to Jump from Roof to Roof."
Haddad grew up in a national religious home.
As a child he was exposed mainly to Hassidic, Mediterranean and Tunisian music.
At the age of 16 he abandoned school almost entirely in favor of music and began to play, write and compose.
Music was his most powerful instrument of expression, and the shy and introverted boy became a boy who sees himself in the world through music.
In the army he served in the Paratroopers Brigade and fought in the Second Lebanon War.
His experiences there influenced him a lot and the influences can also be found among the lyrics of his songs.
Harel is currently married and the father of five children, living in Kfar Adumim on the edge of Wadi.
The new album is going to be different from the delicate sound that characterized his previous album, "Crescent", which was released in 2018.
