The coach of the German soccer record champions FC Bayern Munich, Julian Nagelsmann, is in a new relationship.
As reported by Sport1 and the "Bild" newspaper, the "Bild" reporter Lena Wurzenberger is the new woman on Nagelsmann's side.
Wurzenberger had previously reported on the club for the newspaper.
As the newspaper announced, the journalist had been released from reporting on the club with immediate effect.
Nagelsmann himself did not want to comment when asked by the dpa news agency.
He is married and has two children.
The "Bild" had already reported in early June that Nagelsmann had separated from his long-term partner Verena, with whom he had been in a relationship for 15 years.
The two have been married since 2018.
Most recently, Nagelsmann had also moved out of the common house in Chiemgau.
According to Sport1, Nagelsmann and Wurzenberger are said to have already been on vacation together.
Summer break is ending soon
The summer break for the team of the German champions will soon come to an end.
A first group of players will return to training next Monday, after which there will be medical tests and performance diagnostics at the weekend.
The national players who were still involved in international matches in June, as well as the newcomers, will then start training over the course of the following days.
The official team presentation in the Allianz Arena is scheduled for July 16th.
Two days later, the Bayern team travels to the USA.
