(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, June 30 - A judge in Florida has ruled that the new law banning abortions after 15 weeks is unconstitutional and "violates the privacy rules in force in the state".
This was reported by the Center for ReproductiveRigths, the association that defended the only abortion clinic in Mississippi in the "Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization" case, on which the Supreme Court ruled a week ago, effectively abolishing abortion.
The law was supposed to go into effect in Florida tomorrow.
