What comes out of a banana and toffee?
In the scenery of course.
Two Sanders in a recipe for one of the easiest desserts to prepare.
The kind of recipes that remind us over and over again that you don't always have to work hard to make everyone happy and put a smile on your face.
Kids and adults alike are blown away by this sweet and addictive flavor combination that consists of bananas, toffee cream and a crunchy dough base.
Please note, the Hanofi can be made in any type of mold, for example a rectangular one measuring 20x30 cm, a round one 26-28 cm in diameter or in a pyrex vessel.
The bottom and the toffee cream filling can be prepared in advance, but the bananas and whipped cream coating should be put together near the serving.

Bottom:
1 puffed flour (140 g)
2 tablespoons of sugar
200 grams of cream cheese (16% or more)
⅛ A teaspoon of salt
For toffee and banana stuffing:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (397 g)
100 grams of butter
⅓ Dark brown sugar (80 dram)
2-3 bananas
For coating:
1 can 38% sweet cream (250 ml)
1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation
How do you make pie in the landscape?

Start preparing the bottom:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and lightly grease a rectangular pan measuring 20x30 cm or round 26-28 cm in diameter.
2 Put all the dough ingredients in a bowl and mix until a soft dough is obtained.
Flatten the dough to the bottom of the pan and prick with a fork.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cool completely.

Prepare the toffee filling:
Pour the condensed milk, butter and brown sugar into a small cooking pot and cook over a medium flame, stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
It is important to mix so that the sauce does not burn.
4 Cool the toffee for 5 minutes and pour over the baked baked bottom.
Refrigerate together for two hours until the toffee sauce is completely set.

5 Before serving, slice the bananas and arrange over the toffee.

6 Whip the sweet cream with the sugar until a stable whipped cream is obtained and spread over the bananas.
