The Court of Naples accepted the request of the father of a 36-year-old student, enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine for 18 years without ever being able to graduate, to
suspend the disbursement of the maintenance allowance.

The decision was taken by judge Carla Hubler according to which "taking into account the age of the daughter, the time elapsed since enrollment at university, the content of the documentation on the course of studies", the check must be suspended for of the principle of self-responsibility ".
