On the basis of an amendment to the aldl aid presented by the Democratic Party and approved during the night, the Municipality will be able to identify, "with particular regard to the historic center and the islands", the maximum limits and conditions for the destination of residential properties with short-term leasing activities.
The provisions will take into account the "income integration function of the short-term lease" for a single dwelling.
The goal is to encourage long-term rentals, residential accommodation in the historic center while protecting the historic, artistic and environmental heritage of the city.
