  • 1 small head of white cabbage

  • 3-4 mini cucumbers or one large cucumber

  • 1 bunch of chives

  • 1 bunch of spring onions – tips for cutting them correctly

For the dressing:

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 shallot

  • 200g fresh spinach

  • 1 bunch of basil

  • Juice of 2 lemons - this is how you get more juice from citrus fruits

  • 100 ml olive oil

  • 100 g nuts (e.g. walnuts or cashews)

  • 50 g yeast flakes*

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Quick recipe: How to make Green Goddess Salad

  • For the salad:

    wash all ingredients and shake dry.

    Then finely chop and place in a large bowl.

  • For the dressing

    , first peel the garlic and shallot.

    Wash the spinach and basil and shake dry.

    Then put all the ingredients for the dressing in a high speed blender and puree everything into a creamy dressing.

  • Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
