A pediatrician and his wife from Mistelbach in Upper Franconia were allegedly stabbed to death in their sleep in January.
The public prosecutor's office in Bayreuth has now filed charges.
The daughter and her boyfriend are accused of two counts of joint murder.
The investigations were thus completed after almost six months, the authority said.
According to a spokesman, the Bayreuth district court must now examine the charges.
The accused remain in custody.

The 51-year-old pediatrician and his 47-year-old wife were stabbed on the night of January 9th.
The couple's four children were in the home at the time of the crime.
Neighbors heard screams and alerted the police.
The then 18-year-old friend of the eldest daughter quickly became the focus of investigators.
After the crime, the young man and his daughter fled to Bayreuth, a few kilometers away, and turned themselves in to the police.
The involvement of the 18-year-old was therefore suspected from the start, while the role of the daughter was initially unclear.
Six weeks later, an arrest warrant was issued against the 16-year-old.
The two are said to have made the decision together, with the 18-year-old said to have inflicted the fatal stabs on the victims.
According to investigators, the daughter is suspected of having "enabled her boyfriend to carry out the crime unhindered and thereby made an active contribution to the homicide".
The motive for the crime may have been internal family disputes.
A spokesman for the public prosecutor said that the young man had stated in the course of the investigation that the girl had not commented on what happened.
A spokesman for the district court was not yet able to say how much time it would take to examine the charges and open the main proceedings.
It is a very extensive process.
