This is what the Cassino prosecutor said in a courtroom during the indictment in the trial for the death of Serena Mollicone, murdered on 1 June 2001 in the Arce carabinieri barracks.
Marco Mottola is one of three defendants accused of voluntary murder and concealment of the body together with his father, Franco, former commander of the barracks and his wife Anna Maria.
The other two defendants are the lieutenant Vincenzo Quatrale and the police officer, Francesco Suprano.
