This pasta in paprika cream cheese sauce is our current favorite.

Short on time but very hungry?
No problem!
With our lightning pasta we save your end of work.
You only need a few ingredients and you don't have to do a lot of chopping.
Since time (or desire?) is short, the creamy sauce practically cooks itself while the noodles bathe in the pasta water.
And everything is ready and you can sit back and feast.

That's how it's done:
You only need a few ingredients:
300 g pasta (e.g. farfalle, penne rigate, fusilli)
2 tbsp cooking oil (or tomato oil)
120 g red peppers, diced
50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, diced
100 ml vegetable stock
200 g paprika cream cheese
Salt
pepper
basil, fresh
The preparation is super fast:
Prepare noodles according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, heat cooking oil in a pan.
Fry the diced peppers in it for 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes and fry briefly.
Deglaze with vegetable stock.
Stir in the paprika cream cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the drained pasta with the sauce.
Place on a plate and garnish with some basil.
