Salty Belgian waffle with cheese

Ingredients

    • 3 eggs

    • 1 cup of milk

    • 30 grams of melted butter

    • ½ Spicy chili

    • 1 teaspoon salt

    • 1 cup puffed flour

    • 150 grams of grated kashkabal cheese (or any similar hard cheese you like)

    • ¼ Cups of herbs we like (oregano / basil / parsley and more)

    • 2 tablespoons dried onion in chips or chopped green onion

Preparation

How to make a salty Belgian waffle with cheese?

  • 1 In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with the salt, chili, milk and melted butter.

  • 2 Add the puffed flour and mix until incorporated.

  • 3 Stir in the cheese, herbs and onion.

  • 4 Heat a Belgian waffle maker and grease a little, place as a ladle from the batter and bake on both sides.
