"What is there to eat?"

The great freedom officially here, from today the children are going to spend many hours at home, the refrigerator door will open and close countless more times often accompanied by the question "What to eat at home?"
And the kitchen will work overtime.
It was at this very moment that Ines Yanai enlisted with a simple and easy recipe for a Belgian waffle in a salty version, that any child who is allowed by law to be left alone at home, can also make this treat himself.
This wonderful version with salty cheeses is suitable for any hour of the day - in the morning for those who prefer to start with salty, after returning from the pool or the sea, as a snack in front of the TV or as dinner with fresh vegetables.
Prefer sweet anyway?

To the waffle mixture you can add any grated yellow cheese you like and it is recommended not to give up herbs like oregano, basil and green onions that add a lot of flavor.
The simplest and easiest is to use a Belgian waffle maker that most of us have at home (if not, the freedom is a good time to purchase one, this is not a big expense), but you can definitely fry the batter on a pan like making pancakes.
