25 million bees ended up on a United States highway on June 27 after the accident of the truck transporting them.
The driver, who had entered a bend too quickly, overturned his vehicle at more than 90 km/h.
The 400 hives were then shattered and millions of bees found themselves free.
Lost, they became aggressive and attacked the first people to intervene on the scene.
Two men, suffering from numerous bites, had to be hospitalized.

To prevent the situation from getting worse, the beekeeper asked the firefighters to spray the bees with fire-fighting foam to neutralize them.
90% of them drowned.
The others, who had taken refuge in brush, were rescued by local beekeepers.
They were recovered by an association which campaigns for their protection.
