More than two years after he was scheduled to perform in Israel, Dutch violinist, conductor and composer Andre Rio will hold three performances with his orchestra in November.
Rio's performance, which was originally scheduled to take place in November 2020 but was postponed twice due to the Corona plague, will take place at Menora Tel Aviv Hall on three consecutive evenings, from November 4 to November 6.
Rio will not come to Israel alone, with the Johann Strauss Orchestra, the Symphony Choir and the guest soloists performing alongside him.
The performance in Israel will end the tour of the successful musician, who has sold tens of millions of copies of his albums.
Ahead of his performance, Rio said: "How much I missed you. The last two years have only strengthened our passion for music, our desire to perform for you, our longing to meet you, to take the stage again and perform in front of you. We go on a world tour and come to you with great love and gratitude for your loyalty and patience. "
The show's producer said that the power of tickets to shows that were supposed to take place in 2020 is good for the day of the show and the seat purchased.
