Delfin's board of directors acknowledged the entry into office of Francesco Milleri as the new director of the company, replacing Leonardo Del Vecchio, in implementation of the statutory provisions.
Francesco Milleri, president and CEO of EssilorLuxottica, was also appointed president of Delfin, based on the indications of the founder Leonardo Del Vecchio.
Romolo Bardin retains the operational powers of the company, in his role as CEO.
