(ANSA) - MILAN, 04 JUL - Delfin's board of directors has acknowledged the entry into office of Francesco Milleri as the new director of the company, replacing Leonardo Del Vecchio, in implementation of the statutory provisions.
Francesco Milleri, chairman and managing director of EssilorLuxottica, was also appointed chairman of Delfin, based on the indications of the founder Leonardo Del Vecchio.
Romolo Bardin retains the operational powers of the company, in his role as managing director.
