There is hardly a house in Israel that does not hold at least one bag of flakes in the pull-out and there is no Israeli child who is not crazy about a pot of flakes and can eliminate one of these with a spoon in a few moments.
How do you turn this property into a tool that will help children and adults open up to new flavors?
Olga Tuchsher from the food blog and recipes the secret ingredient, does wonders with a bag of baked flakes.
This time she makes a dessert with flakes based on coconut milk reminiscent of Moroccan barracuda on one side and sweet rice pudding on the other.
Along with fresh seasonal fruits on top, a fun delicacy is obtained that will make children and adults great enjoyment.

Ingredients
1 baked cupcakes
3 cups coconut milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
½ as cinnamon
For the sauce:
250-300 grams of fresh seasonal fruits, cut with peaches, grapes, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, kiwis and more)
2-3 tablespoons maple or honey
½ Orange (juice and grated peel)

Preparation
How to make sweet flakes pudding?
1 Place the flakes, coconut milk, sugar and cinnamon in a pot.
Cook over low heat on the verge of boiling for 15-20 minutes until simmering and softening.
Stir occasionally.
2 In a bowl, mix the sliced fruit with the maple and orange juice.
3 Pour the pudding into serving plates, add over a few tablespoons of the fruit sauce, sprinkle with grated orange peel and serve immediately.
