The Cassino prosecutor asked for a 24-year sentence for Marco Mottola for the murder of Serena Mollicone, murdered on June 1, 2001 in the Arce carabinieri barracks.
The judges also requested 30 years for his father Franco, former commander of the barracks, and 21 years for his wife Anna Maria.
For the other two defendants asked 15 years for the lieutenant Vincenzo Quatrale accused of external complicity in murder and 4 years for the police officer, Francesco Suprano, who was challenged for aiding and abetting.
