(ANSA) - TOKYO, 04 JUL - The Tokyo Stock Exchange begins the first session of the week with a plus sign, in the wake of the rise in the US stock market and with investors waiting for further information from macroeconomic data at a global level to outline the trend in inflation.
Opening the Nikkei marks a gain of 0.71% at 26.120.07, adding 184 points.
On the currency market, the yen temporarily stops its weakening phase against the dollar, at 134.90, and against the euro, at 140.80.
