Emergencies, maternity wards, nursing homes: how to prevent the hospital from cracking this summer in Île-de-France

The regional health agency (ARS) Île-de-France detailed this Tuesday the actions to prevent the hospital from becoming more saturated in July and


"It's going to be very, very complicated", fears an emergency doctor from Ile-de-France about the infernal triptych: Covid, heat wave and shortage of nursing staff.

More than 200,000 new positive cases of Covid in 24 hours, 4,600 patients hospitalized in Île-de-France, including 350 in critical care and a peak announced at the turn of July and August.
