In any case it would be a very serious fact, a criminal act for Rome and the Romans that would require the utmost truthfulness " .
This was stated by the mayor of Rome Roberto Gualtieri, about the fire that broke out yesterday in the Pineto, reporting in Aulane during the session of the Capitoline Assembly.
"We are working not only to help those affected but also to support the personnel employed in the fire fighting operations, as well as to strengthen and upgrade the fire plans," he added.
"I extend my heartfelt thanks to the Fire Brigade and Civil Protection for their work in the service of the city, which has been hit by fires that are affecting large urban areas. From June 15 to today there have been 173 fires", stressed the mayor.
