(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 05 JUL - Robert E. Crimo III has been accused of seven first degree murders, "charges that will guarantee a life sentence without the possibility of conditional release".
This was announced by Eric Rinehart, state attorney of Lake County in Illinois, the scene of the shooting during the July 4th parade.
The prosecutor has announced "many other charges", including for the attempted murders and for the psychological victims of the incident, and will ask that the young man be detained without the possibility of release on bail.
