After pairing a baked potato and bolognese sauce, Orly Plai makes another simple and delicious connection between pesto pesto and chicken breast.

A light and fun dish that matches two foods that the children also really like.

If you are really in a hurry, you can use quality ready-made pesto, but the truth is that making homemade pesto requires less work than making tomato sauce for pasta for example, and there is no problem making a large quantity and keeping in a jar in the fridge (most delicious to spread on bread with cheese) or even freeze.

The chicken fillet in the recipe is a small, narrow, long piece of juicy meat located near the breastbone.

It can be purchased separately from the chicken play at almost any butcher shop or retail chains.

If not found, it can be replaced with strips of chicken breast.
