"Fan of Anna Zack"

Luca first came to Israel in 2018 along with two friends for a juggling conference.

"People do not know this, but in Israel there is the second largest juggling conference in the world, after the European one," he says in a call to Walla!

Tourism, "and in fact he is one of the most famous in our community and we really enjoyed spending time in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv."

At the conference itself, he met an Israeli girl and as a result began to learn Hebrew.

"The relationship did not last long, but I continued to learn Hebrew and I had a lot of friends from Israel thanks to the juggling community, so I connected with Israeli culture and music and even a fan of Anna Zack."

After that he continued to come to Israel and his Hebrew improved, and in Corona he did not come at all because Israel was closed to foreigners.

He recently visited Israel again for the Israeli Jugglers Conference.

"I was thinking of moving to Tel Aviv, I do not officially live there because I am not a Jew, but it is definitely my favorite city in the world. I love all the vegan restaurants in it, I love all the cool places in it, I love Dizengoff Street at night, the beach "So I plan, if possible, to move to Israel in the coming months."

What exactly do you love so much about Tel Aviv?

"I love the vibe that you walk down the street in the morning and see the people sitting in cafes and working with their laptop. It's a young atmosphere, it's a sense of something very advanced."

"I intend to make Tel Aviv my base"

How did you start traveling the world?

Since I am a member of the juggling group 'Jaglisimo', we get to perform in different places in the world.

And at some point I figured I might be the youngest person in the world to travel to any country on the globe.

So for the last two years I have been concentrating on it, but I still lack a base in a certain place because I miss a stable place where I will eventually live, and I intend to make Tel Aviv my base. "

But not only Tel Aviv in Luca's focus. In fact, he traveled quite a bit Places in Israel, also thanks to the friends he acquired during his visits, and came to places that tourists do not always put in their "to-do list". For example, Hadera.

What is your favorite place in Israel?

"It will have to be something in Tel Aviv, I think Dizengoff Street. Depends on the time of day. I also like being on the Tel Aviv coastline which is pretty amazing. And I came many times to visit my friends in Israel, so I spent some time in Hadera, Beer Sheva, Haifa. "Nazareth several times. But I just love Tel Aviv, it's my favorite place."

"If I had met the president, I would have asked him for citizenship"

Last May, Luca attended Forbes' global influential youth conference in Jerusalem, where he met with Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Leon and heard President Yitzhak Herzog's speech.

"It was inspiring to hear the president's speech and understand what a 'start-up nation' Israel is," he says.

Luca has already left Israel and continued to Austria and the Netherlands as part of the juggling group of which he is a member.

"Forbes' incident was pretty amazing, although unfortunately I was not able to meet the president. If I had met him, I might have asked him for citizenship," he adds with a smile and does not intend to give up.

"My plan in the end is to move to Tel Aviv and improve my Hebrew. I intend to focus on continuing to tour the countries of the world and maintain my blog and recently I created some videos in Hebrew. But the funniest thing is that Israel's official account follows me on Tiktok and Instagram. I still have citizenship, but at least they're following me. "
