(ANSA) - ROME, 07 JUL - Covid-19 runs and drags the growth of hospitalized, intensive and deceased patients.
From 29 June to 5 July, hospitalizations with symptoms were 8,003 compared to 6,035 the previous week, or + 32.6%, and intensive care 323 compared to 237, equal to + 36.3%.
Deaths also rose, 464 compared to 392 the previous week, up 18%.
This was revealed by the new monitoring of the Gimbe Foundation.
"There are real reasons for concern", comments the President Nino Cartabellotta, also because "the occupancy of beds is destined to increase in the coming weeks".
