Paula Rosenberg may not think she has to apologize to you or explain the recent changes in her appearance, but she certainly understands the preoccupation with it, as someone who often talks about a healthy body image.
Last night (Wednesday) she decided to put an end to the factory of rumors and reactions about shedding the pounds from her body recently, and shared with her 73,000 followers the real reason for toning and shrinking the circumference: a worrying medical condition of one of her relatives.

"In the last month and a half, I have lost a few pounds," Rosenberg stated in her opening remarks.
"I do not know exactly how much, I have not been considered for years," she added.
"The reason I lost weight is because we had a tough time in the segment of medical tests for one of the family members. It's not related to me personally, so I do not detail too much."
Immediately afterwards she clarified that "I do not think anyone should apologize or explain any change in her appearance, simply in my case, because I am very active in everything related to body image, it is perfectly legitimate to have comments on the matter."
"There are those who write to me or say compliments to me. I smile and do not drop my monologue of Lalama 'thin' is not a compliment. It is important to respect boundaries, that is, no comment on someone else's body is illegitimate," she stated emphatically.
"What is legitimate? You can definitely say, 'You look beautiful today,'" she advised.
Towards the end of her remarks, Paula stressed an important message for readers: "It is important to remember that our opinion of someone else's appearance is merely our opinion. This is not true, and it is not necessary information," she said.
