On the doorstep of my house stood a salesman wearing a suit and holding a suitcase.
His eyes radiated mystery, his body excited, and his slippery mouth promised a suggestion I must hear.
"You have never heard of such a thing, and you should not miss the opportunity," said the enthusiastic man and sat down on his own initiative on the living room sofa.
This could be the deal that would shake my life, pledged to me and immediately detailed that he was interested in selling land in the center of the country, and in his professional opinion it was a long-term, prudent, affordable investment and at an unprecedented price.
Against the backdrop of the soaring real estate crisis, I became interested. "You are buying horizon and vision," he said and began to press.
All ceramics will be shiny marble.

The salesman opened the suitcase he had placed on the living room table, took out a stylish binder and pulled out a document on which was printed a bill of sale for a grave plot in a well-known cemetery.
Maybe this is not what I imagined coming out of there, but there is a need to compromise, and this is a reasonable solution to the housing crisis.
We go through the same experience every day in front of our TV channels.
The promos that are broadcast intensively sell us dreams of aspemia and go out of their way to convince us to watch the various shows.
For example, the trailers of "Wedding at First Sight" consistently produce an expectation of drama, separations, quarrels, or experts who undertake to answer all the difficult questions;
In "Big Brother" they will always hint at a mission that split the house, and you will not believe it, but said that in the next episode they will compete for cigarettes like they did not fight in any previous season.
A must watch episode, get ready to get excited and be surprised.
Mostly surprised that nothing happened as promised.
And perhaps all we need to understand is that the dramatic teasers that are pulled out of the episodes are usually also the climax of the episode that will be aired, and the other allusions end in a lie.
The promos that are broadcast on the commercial channels try to sell us a whole world, but most of them distort reality, and their promises are less credible than the promise of politicians' elections.
Therefore, if you continue to believe sales agents who are cunningly trying to sell you their wares - in the end you will find yourself buying a grave plot.
And you know what the cliché says?
Suckers do not die, they just change.
