(ANSA) - MILAN, 07 JUL - "Write to your friends in France, so that they can confront the truth".
Alberto Torregiani, son of Pierluigi, the jeweler killed by Cesare Battisti's Pac in Milan in '79, and for whose murder the former terrorist is in prison, is laconic in the face of a letter written by Battisti to some newspapers.
"I do not pretend to put myself in the clothes of the victims, it would seem to me an insult to decency: but I could try to take on a part of their pain if they let me," Battisti had written.
"Just write to the newspapers - replied Torregiani - act".
