Covid: 79,920 infected, 44 dead

Yesterday there were 98,044 infected. The victims are 44, down from 93 yesterday. There are 79,920 new infections from Covid recorded in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health.

Yesterday there were 98,044 infected.

The victims are 44, down from 93 yesterday.

A total of 303,848 swabs were performed, including antigenic and molecular, with a positive rate of 26.3% compared to 25.1% yesterday.

350 patients are hospitalized in intensive care, 6 more than yesterday.

There are 34 daily admissions. There are 9,044 people admitted to ordinary wards, 180 more than yesterday. 

Coronavirus positive Italians are currently 1,300,072, continuously growing in recent days (+37,207).

This is evidenced by the data of the Ministry of Health.

A total of 19,439,501 have been infected since the beginning of the pandemic, while the dead have risen to 169,106.

The discharged and healed are 17,970,323, with an increase of 44,312.

Covid, the regions ready to reopen the hubs for the fourth enlarged dose - Health & Wellness
