For example, if you start a series and a family member starts the same series a week later, you'll always get in each other's way because Netflix will always save the last episode that someone watched as the last one.
So it can happen that you have only reached the second episode of the third season of your favorite series, but your partner or sister has already streamed the tenth episode.

How to change your Netflix profile picture
If you want to change your Netflix profile picture so that it visually stands out from your family or friends' profiles, you need to follow these steps:
Log in to Netflix and click on your profile in the top right corner of the home page.
This will open the menu and allow you to
select
"Manage Profiles" .
You will now see all of the account's profiles covered with a pencil icon.
Select the Netflix profile picture you would like to change by clicking on it.
You then have the option to go to
"Edit Profile"
- if you
click on the
pencil , you can
choose from the images suggested by Netflix

However, the selection of profile pictures that you can choose directly from Netflix is limited.

like to upload your own profile picture to Netflix

Change Netflix profile picture: How to upload your own profile picture
Open the Google Chrome browser on your computer and download the
Custom Profile Picture for Netflix
extension by clicking on "Add".
Then log in to Netflix and click on
"Manage Profiles".
The downloaded extension will help you upload your own profile picture to Netflix.
To do this, click on the downloaded, red symbol.
Select the profile whose Netflix profile picture you want to change.
Click
"Choose picture"
and upload your own profile picture from your computer that you would like to use for Netflix.
Then press
Done
.
If necessary, repeat this process if you want to change additional profile pictures on Netflix.
