(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 13 - Definitive, almost unanimous go-ahead from the Chamber of the Chamber to the delegated law on entertainment.
The text was definitively approved at Montecitorio with 348 votes in favor, no against and 38 abstentions (the deputies of Fdi).
The provision defines a new regulatory framework for the work of the entertainment, laying the foundations for a real structural reform: it is one of the bills connected to the budget plan for the three-year period 2023-2025 and delegates to the government the adoption of a new "Entertainment Code".
This will consist of one or more legislative decrees both for the reform, revision and reorganization of the current regulations in the sectors of theater, music, dance, traveling shows, circus activities, historical carnivals and historical re-enactments.
The code must aim at the promotion and support of the show in the plurality of its various expressions as an indispensable factor for the development of culture and an element of cohesion and national identity.
