Exception: Who does not have to work until 67, but may retire earlier?

As is well known, exceptions confirm the rule, because the retirement age will not be raised to 67 for all pension insured persons.

For example,

particularly long-term insured

persons who have paid into the pension insurance for at least 45 years - not only working years count towards the insurance period, you can also have childcare or the care of relatives taken into account - according to the German pension insurance, they are entitled to an old-age pension.

According to the report,

even

severely disabled people do not have to work until the age of 67.

For them, the standard retirement age will be gradually raised from 63 to 65.

There is also a special regulation for

miners who have been employed underground for many years

: anyone born after December 31, 1951 will have their retirement age increased in stages to 62.
