Of all the houses present within the intrigue of Game of Thrones, that of the Targaryens is undoubtedly one of the most fascinating.

Not only because Daenerys, its last representative, is able to tame dragons: it is also the history of its ancestors, written in blood and flames, which makes all the interest.

The House of the Dragon series will take an interest from August 22 in a very special episode in the history of the Targaryens.

House of the Dragon, the all-flame series

The new House of the Dragon trailer tells us more about the story the series will tell.

Set 300 years before the events of Game of Thrones, the first season puts Daemon Targaryen, played by Matt Smith (Doctor Who) at the heart of the plot.

Legitimate heir to the throne, he will however have to face the will of his sister, Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, to seize it.

A conflict that will lead to a civil war and begin the fall of the powerful family.

The event series to follow on OCS

The OCS platform will broadcast the first season of House of the Dragon at the same time as in the USA: an episode will be posted every Monday from August 22, from 3 a.m. on the OCS application.

To make sure you don't miss the summer event, you can subscribe to the CANAL+ Ciné Séries offer, available from 34.99 euros per month.

In addition to the CANAL+ channels, this subscription gives access to OCS, but also to Disney+, Netflix and STARZPLAY.

An unmissable offer to never get bored in front of your screen.
